Carlos F Lahrssen, President & Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Carlos Lahrssen founded LD TeleCom in March of 1999 and has served as President and CEO since its inception. Prior to joining LD TeleCom,
Mr. Lahrssen served as Senior Business Developer for Technology Applications at StarCom Communications, which was later
sold to Globaltron Communications. Mr. Lahrssen has over 9 years of experience in computer and next generation
telecommunication's VoIP Applications including enterprise solutions, carrier products, broadband and, wireless
products. At StarCom he architected and managed the development of a wide range of VoIP products. His expertise
includes hardware and software management, architecture of high performance Voice Applications, and design for
Global Enterprise Voice Solutions (GEVS), pioneering the Network-Based Enhanced Voice service applications for
the enterprise. Mr Lahrssen also served as President of Three Way Investments (TWI), a Real Estate Development
company based in Miami, Fl., which was successfully sold in 1998. Mr. Lahrssen holds a Bachelors Degree in
Business Administration / Financial Engineering from Florida International University. Mr. Lahrssen has also
completed necessary courses for deployment and management of IP Telephony Gateways, in Redwood City, CA.

Felipe Lahrssen, Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr.
Felipe Lahrssen co-founded LDTeleCom with Mr. Carlos Lahrssen
in 1999. In his current role as Vice President and COO, Mr.
Lahrssen is actively involved in strategic planning for the
Company and is responsible for the oversight of the delivery
of products and services throughout the organization. Prior
to his work at LDTeleCom, Mr. Lahrssen worked in Corporación
Vencemos in Venezuela, the largest cement producer in Venezuela,
as industrial production supervisor. Mr. Lahrssen holds a Bachelors
Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Católica
Andrés Bello where he was ranked 8th out of 58 in his class.
Mr. Lahrssen has also completed two years towards a Bachelor
of Science in Electronic Engineering at the Universidad Simón
Bolívar in Caracas, Venezuela.

Guillermo Lahrssen, Chief VoIP Services, Director
Mr.
Mr. Guillermo Lahrssen has been with LD TeleCom since December 1999. In his dual role as Director and Chief VoIP Services, Mr. Lahrssen is actively involved in supervising and organizing many of the daily operations in LD TeleCom, as well as maximizing the quality and costs of all the long distance destinations offered by LD TeleCom. Mr. Lahrssen holds a Bachelor Degree in International Relations from Florida International University. Mr. Lahrssen also has a thorough knowledge on Management of IP Telephony Gateways and Database Management.

Juan Carlos Canto, Chief
Financial Officer
Mr.
Canto has been with LDTeleCom since May 2000 as Chief Financial
Officer. Mr. Canto has over three years of commercial/corporate
banking experience with emphasis in Latin America and US cross-border
transactions. Prior to his current commitments with LDTeleCom,
Mr. Canto served as a Senior International Corporate Banking
Officer with SunTrust Bank with coverage responsibility for
Latin American clients. Mr. Canto received a Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Georgetown
University. Mr. Canto also holds a Master of Business Administration,
Suma Cum Laude, from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where
he was awarded the prestigious W.B.S. Fellowship.

Luis Espinoza, Senior
VoIP Engineer
Mr.
Espinoza has considerable experience in developing, deploying,
an operating Internet Protocol (IP) networks in Latin America.
Prior to joining LDTeleCom, Mr. Espinoza served as Network
Administrator for VitCom, where he managed and maintain VitCom’s
entire native IP infrastructure. Mr. Espinoza also dominates
the following programming languages: Visual FoxPro, Cobol,
infromix and SQL server which he has used to develop accounting
and billing software for Compania Metalurgica, Cobres Laminados
S.A. and Agencia Maritima. Mr. Espinoza holds a Bachelors Degree
in Systems programming and systems. Mr. Espinoza is also Clarent
Certified Network Associate.
